Q.
my baby is 2 months old .. before 1.5 month she was passing stool everyday 2-3 times but after 6 weeks she is not passing stools for 4 -5 days once also .. is it normal ?

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, yes it is completely normal. Check the urine count. Baby should pass urine 6 to 8 times in a day. If the urine count is normal then nothing to worry. Since baby will be on breastfeeding the liquid is absorbed by the body and it will helps in body growth.If the urine count is less than six times in a day then you need to check with your paediatrician for top feed. Exclusively breastfeed once in every two hours and burp your baby well after every feed.Write Your Answer Here
