#AskTheExpert my baby is 4 month old.he doesn't poo on his own. we hav to use batti for his potty. when will he start doing potty on his own? most of the time he is exclusively breastfed. we hav also started giving him formula milk 60 ml thrice a day.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. yes dnt use everytime. It is absolutely normal for the baby to not pass motion even for up to one week if the baby is on breastfeeding so no need to worry if it is above one week then you can apply glycerine suppository
