#asktheexpert my baby is 3 months old she is having white spots on upper chest area, it appeared 1 month ago, will it go away by time or it is serious?

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluabkhtion by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
