#asktheexpert my baby is 3 month old. she didn't poop yesterday and today she poooed with the red spots from the morning. may be 4 times from the morning. what this shows. I am worried a lot. please help me

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she didn’t poop yesterday and today with red spots so mostly she is having a fishure in ano so consult with paediatrician
