Q.

#AskTheExpert... my baby is 21 month old, during his routine visit to doctor, recently he has withdrawn his vitamin d suppliment and iron suppliment saying that, they are not required after the age of 18months. my baby is breastfed and solid, apart from that we dont give him any formula milk as well he does not drink whole cow milk too, only his cereals are made of cow milk, beyond of all he s a fussy eater,so how his vitamin D requirement will meet? anyone out there please suggest whether we should be giving D suppliment still....
