#asktheexpert my baby is 2 yrs old but he takes breastfeed . Want to know whether this is ok to give or should i stop giving him actually i feel i should continue breastfeed for his safety due to covid please advice what to do

A. Hi mom Write Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals Make meal time fun Gradually start weaning Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge cereals khichadi fruits curd vegetables etc
