#asktheexpert my baby is 15 days old I have no breast milk so what should I do

A. Hi, you can give formula milk. Please check with your paediatrician first and then start giving. Also latch your baby which will help in improving breast milk. Take a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid like fresh fruit juice, milkshakes, milk, water and keep yourself hydrated. Be relaxed.
