#AskTheExpert my baby is 10 months 2 weeks old !! At night he doesn’t sleep for a stretch for atleast 4 hours !! I feel frustrated!! Still feels like being with a newborn !! Feeding whole night !! Is there any solution so that I can make my baby sleep properly without crying

A. hi parent please once consult with your pediatrician please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya sheera khir porridge etc please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
