How many hours at stretch can a 3 months and 3 weeks old baby sleep at night without a feed?

A. if the weight of the child is more than 4 kg then there is no need to wake up the child from sleep but if the child's weight is less than 4 kg then it is advisable to give feeds every e minimum 3 hours

A. hi parent please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding please give daily massage and sun light exposure please keep your child cool and dry and maintain hygiene properly
