Hi mom Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Wash your hands often before touching your baby
