Hi Please don’t mind me saying this but sometimes the signs are of delayed age growth also check along with this that is your child making proper eye contact or not if these things are not proper then your child may be suffering with some psychological issues you should consult a child psychologist ones they will advise you better on this after monitoring and assessing your child
