well, there is difference between to look thin and to have low weight gain.
so first ensure that your child weighs enough or not.(around 8 to 12 kg)
and if your child weighs enough, looks happy and active,no need to worry about his physical appearance.
because for a child,it is not necessary to look Chubby.
