#asktheexpert My baby is 1 year old exactly. and he has stopped eating solids. also his milk intake has reduced and he is sleeping more than usual. what should I do

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom when he is awake how is he ? is he active or dull as such , give him food from your plate , as now they can be given all usual family foods as well no much restrictions as such for them now.
toddlers are expected to almost triple their birth weight by the age of 1 year and then double by the age of 5
