#AskTheExpert my baby is 1 year 3 months. 1 week back she had stomach pain and vomited. since then she is doing potty 4 to 5 times. it is always just after eating. from yesterday evening she has fever 100 to 102 . what can be the cause of fever. I am giving calpol. otherwise she is active.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Fevers due to viruses can last for as little as two to three days and sometime as long as two weeks. A fever caused by a bacterial infection may continue until the child is treated with an antibiotic.
