Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. very common that small children will not poop regularly
it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also.
it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day.
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour of the stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning it is common for small children to have a little bit of constipation I would recommend that you should try to put a few drops of oil in the rectum of the child on a daily basis
