Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem you can give rice and milk having cold to the baby Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week

You should avoid giving milk and rice both to your baby whenever you baby is suffering with cold and cough. Because Milkey is not considered very healthy while baby suffer with cold. Rather than this try to keep your baby normal room temperature and all don’t change the temperature of surroundings
