loose stool is due to o fever and calpol
kindly give ors for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor.
also you cannot give outside milk and cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days.
avoid giving sweet sugary food as well as maida and biscuits, chocolate, icecream, packet foods cerelac

No it was the simple fever medication so it is not going to cause an issue like diarrhoea to the child it may be due to some any other reason so I can only advise you as of now that you continue with this medicine if you need to otherwise I’ll advise your better medicine for your child that is Crocin DS In this you can give according to the weight of your child
