Hello ma’am lump He’s never normal so if your child has developed it it would be better that you get it checked with the paediatrician for a better understanding as to what exactly it is and what is the reason behind is it is it serious or it is just a fat boy or something but without knowing what it is nothing can be said so please consult your doctor
