That’s actually called the Mongolia and sports so these Mongolian spots are going to go away on its own by the age of 1- 1 1/2 years so I don’t see anything wrong with that every child is born with these Mongolian spots And it is going to settle down on its own over the period by the ageWrite Your Answer Here
