#AskTheExpert my baby hasn't pop from last 4 days..she is 1month and 4days old..pls suggest something

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it 8s 9k . Baby may not poop on daily daily basis during this age group . No need to worry for this . Baby may pass poop in 2 to 3 days or may be not pass up to 7 days . Can use glycerine suppository for this . No any other medication needed .

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. that's ok and it's normal for smaller babies. Some babies don't poo even upto a week. If baby is active and healthy and if taking feeds well then no issues. If baby doesn't po for more than a week or ten days then you should see your doctor. Dont wait anytime after a week or near.
