#asktheexpert My baby has gas issue .He cries every day

But my child is on exclusive breastfeeding.We have never given any other milk to him still he is suffering with gas.I have given colic acid drops, Neoteri ,Zantac syrup etc etc but nothing had worked for him. He cries soo much and I feel very low and depressed.
I just want him to get out of this pain but I am helpless..
Am I the reason behind his pain ? ...
because some of my relatives told me this that your diet affect the baby and because your digestion is not good your baby is struggling.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factors include nicow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, unot giving proper burping after each feed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .
