well ,as child is too young ,he or she can not blow nose ,you can use nasal saline drops or suction bulb for curing blocked nose problem.
pleaseplace a slight incline like rolled towel to elevate the head of the crib ,it makes breathing easy
but make sure it is safe ,does not pose a suffocation
