s madaanMom of a 9 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. better to talk to your doctor and give some oral rehydration solution to the baby do not leave it unattended if your child is above 7 months give your baby pomegranate fresh pomegranate juice by taking out with the help of the spoon and then adding a little sugar powder to it
