NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello try to keep the baby scalp moist and also you should even try to apply pure coconut oil or baby haor oil whch contains tea tree oil on ot which can help to control the dandruff problem and also use a mild ba y shampoo to wash your baby hair which is better
