Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Yes, it can be. Some babies just tend to sweat more than others and this is obvious in their hands and feet. Their extremities can feel cool and clammy and sometimes little beads of shiny sweat are obvious. As babies mature, and are better able to control their temperature regulation, it seems to happen less.
