#AskTheExpert my baby girl is eats cerelac one time in a day. what else i can give her in food that can make her bones stronger and healthy. that can make her stomach fulfil for long time

A. Dear parent, instead of giving commercially available packaged foods like cerelac, prefer to give homemade cerelac. You can also give ragi porridge, cereal pulse, kheer, khichadi, vegetable purée, dal rice. Seasonal fruits Curd, paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
