#asktheexpert my baby girl is 6 months 1 week old and she is not gaining weight as well as she has constipation, please help me on this issue

A. Your child is six months complete you should give proper food to the child and the rice water regular water about hundred ML or so and feeding then you should give proper vegetables and fruits to the child fibre is diet like oats and ragi which is what is going to be helpful and better pooping to the child and the constipation will also reduce with that
