POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. There is no need to give any supplements at such young age to the baby. Keep feeding breastmilk and from 5th month, you can introduce semi solid foods I the diet like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrot and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc.
