#AskTheExpert my baby girl is 19 days old . her birth weight was 3.4 but last week when we went to check up her weight was 3.1 please can you suggest any milk powder for mother so she can get breast milk to feed baby

A. good morning I would recommend at the mother should try to take some supplement she can go for Himalaya shatavri powder it has to be taken with milk twice in a day to make sure there is a sufficient milk supply
