ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, weight of 4.8 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby considering a birth weight of 1.6 kg. if baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health.
