AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care and all the best
