A. Whenever introducing semi solid foods in baby's diet, always start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, home made cerelac, ragi and sooji porridge, etc. Feed one food at a time for atleast 3 days to observe any food allergies.
