Hello sir, I have a baby boy who has completed 5 months and entered into 6th month, can we give solids in 6th month.

After six months she can be given external food other than BM
but don't directly introduce semi solids or solids
start with probiotics , meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits , soups etc
After some time semi soldis can be introduced
