should i give syrup or wait for few more days.

it has been 12 days, tomorrow will be 13th. as u said it's normal for 10 days, she is urinating 7-10 times a day. 
but didn't pooped since 12 days I am worried.

it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also. 
it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. 
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the colour can range from yellow brown green to black) of zthe stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal.
Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes
