your child is having colic which is causing such behaviour.
colic is quite common in children before 6 months of age.
the usually start after 3 weeks of age.
you can give drops gastica or colicaid to the child 0.5 ml if the child is crying for more than 15 to 20 xminutes due to colic pain.
limb cycling movements as well as tummy time will help.
