when the child is in the uterus at the end of the pregnancy sometimes there will be chances of passing motion but if the cesarean section has been done immediately or the normal delivery has been done immediately than no need to worry.
just consult with your pediatrician regarding the same as whether your child had any kind of breathing difficulty after that?
