Hi mom Solid food should be given after six months as baby’s digestive system is still developing Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give adequate feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Give adequate feeding Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply Maintain hydration
