ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. during first two months the rashes may appear either due to using very new clothe or due to some new skin products so you can check about this.
The best way to maintain good skin tone in baby is
giving adequate feeding To maintain proper hydration
Giving daily oil massage to the baby followed by warm water bath On regular basis for at least 1st 2 years
Avoid using more of moisturizer and powder

Where is your child having a rash you have not mentioned so I am preserving it to be on the body so you can use calamine lotion over there and also do consult your doctor for blood because without having an understanding why it is happening it’s difficult to give you correct advice on that
