#asktheexpert . my baby born on 14th Sept 2022. He just started walking alone. few steps he take then fall and again he try. this activity goes for 30 minutes in a day. is it ok

A. Oh yes it is very good the child is trying to gain its confidence to walk independently independently or by itself for a longer duration so right now what you are mentioning the practice of the child is hundred percent normal and it’s a good sign

Q. pls someone kindly clarify me .My baby boy is 14 months old. he is not walking on his own yet. he will take few steps & fall down so he asks for my hand everytime when he wants to stand up .I won't lift him up but he himself will hold my finger nd stand up. likewise he will voluntarily hold my hand to walk around.if I leave my hand ,he will hold it again. whenever I left him to walk alone he will try and take few steps and fall down,then he will come again to hold my hands to walk safely. shud I be worried or he will eventually take his steps on his own ?
