Crying of a Baby  is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gafstica drops.
other reasons cfould be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

It's perfectly normal and very common in babies of that age. Doctors usually term it as colic. Though this crying can be for any reason of discomfort. 
2mo baby feels uncomfortable in the outside world, due to heat/cold/wet/loud/hunger or anything.
Do basic checks, Check for gas-related things, and if all else fails, try carrying the baby. You can ask someone else in the family too. 
Babies cry sometimes just cos they want comfort.
