babies weight gain depends on their birth weight
usually they gain double their birth weight by the age of 6 months.
and ideally ,7 months old baby should have weight between 5 to 7 kg.
so ensure that your child weighs normal or not.
please offer homemade healthy food.
for healthy weight gain,you can offer starchy food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes ,rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apples banana etc to your child.
give massage to your child daily
feed your child on demand ,feed your child on each breast atleast 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which helps to increase your child's Weight.
