A. Actually this age kids don’t have dandruff it’s cradle cap which is stuck into the head of the child it looks like a thin layer of skin on the scalp but that’s not dandruff sometimes it could be like a scalp of dandruff also it looks like that only scattered into the hair but that’s just cradle gap
