it's better to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor or try to connect through docconnect app

These can be heat rashes.
apply himalaya prickly heat powder on the rashes .This will help to give relief.
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free keeps the rashes away
