You first need to check with your doctor because your child is approximately 6 KG is underweight so it’s a matter of concern according to me so they will see what is the problem why the weight gain is not happening what kind of diet plan supplements and any particular thing that’s going to be posting the weight it is important and accordingly they will guide you kindly have an evaluation with your doctor one
