ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello mom keep the head of the baby little elevated while breastfeeding do not overfeed the child maintain a gap of 2 hours between each breastfeeding session and as a breastfeeding mother have good amount of fluid in your diet also include ajwain water
