#AskTheExpert my baby 2.50 month old baby my baby feeding not well nd sleeping also not well only 4 hours sleeping per day

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom give him regular daily massages and also warm water bath .
Also make sure that you consume something nutritious and filling enough preferably before baby feed time .
Also keep a track on his activities ,.milestones and also weight gain .
Babies are expected to gain about 300 gm to 1 kg monthly and by the age of 4 to 6 months they would double their birth weight .
