#AskTheExpert my babies neck is darker than body..currently using Cetaphil baby wash..pls help what can be done

Teena generally is quite dark that way because it is not sometimes cleaned properly so what you can do is as of now you can just take some milk mix of vibrant do it make a slightly out of it and that is what you should rub on to that area gently leave it for about 5 to 7 minutes and then wash it do it regularly the tanning is going to come offWrite Your Answer Here
