#asktheexpert my 9 month old is not sleeping through out night, frequently wakes up and only associates feeding with sleep. wat to do? how to get him into sleeping well

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please feed the baby properly before sleeping. Massage baby feet with coconut oil before putting the baby to bed for a sound sleep. Massage baby stomach with hing water and give ajwain ark to the baby. Thanks and take care
