#AskTheExpert my 8 months old now frequently poops and omits. he has got 4 tooth till now. 2 up and 2 down . as everyone says pooping and omitting is a sign of teething . how many days these will continue?

A. no this is not a sign of teething this is because of stomach infection caused when the child puts everything dirty in the mouth so it is better to visit the pediatrician and get a proper treatment done and not ignore it
