#AskTheExpert My 8 months old baby eats food only in puree form...she spits if i change the texture. For how many months may i feed her purees

A. Hi parent You should gradually introduce semi solids and solids. Let her eat fruits like mango etc . Gradually she will learn and like it. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
